Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICT Trainer with 3–4 years of proven corporate experience to design and deliver impactful training programs. The role requires strong technical expertise across Frontend, Backend and QA domains,alongside the ability to coach learners and interns to confidently use software, IT systems, and digital tools. The ICT Trainer will assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, and ensure interns are prepared to transition into technical roles within the company

Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct instructor–led a training session on software, IT systems and digital tools.
    • Deliver specialized training modules covering Front end development, Back end systems and QA/testing practices.
    • Provide one–on–one coaching and technical support to learners and interns.
    • Design, update, and maintain training materials, lesson plans and presentations.
    • Assess training needs, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on performance data.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues during sessions to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Maintain training schedules, attendance records and learner progress reports.
    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align training with organizational goals.
