Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or a similar role in the software development industry.
• Proven expertise in testing telephony and communication systems or similar systems, including experience with VoIP protocols and real-time technologies.
• Have hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc. along with test management tools such as AIO tests, XRay, etc.
• In-depth understanding of various testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong proficiency in writing clear and concise test documentation and reporting.
• Solid experience with automation frameworks and tools relevant to the domain (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, JMeter).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify and troubleshoot quality issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess test results and propose actionable solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in quality assurance and telephony technologies.
