Job Duties and Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding & Engagement :
- Conduct employee onboarding sessions, introducing new hires to Codavatar’s vision,
mission, values, and work culture. - Ensure a smooth integration process for new employees into their respective teams.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and team-building sessions to boost morale and productivity.
- Assist in organizing internal workshops, training sessions, and development programs
for different departments.
Employer Branding :

Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media and recruitment platforms.

Craft engaging job announcements and internal communication materials.
- Represent Codavatar at college events, job fairs, and professional networking sessions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, HR software (nimble), and MS Office Suite and ATS.
Prefered Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends, employer branding, and HR best practices, and specially ATS.
- Event coordination and organizational skills.
- Interest or experience in content creation or internal communication is a plus.
