Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience
• Must be able to gather and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and draw meaningful insights to help inform business decision
• Data-oriented and exceptional attention to details
• Must be able to identify and define business problems and develop creative and effective solutions to address them
• Must be proficient in using tools and technologies such as data analysis software, project management software, and other business applications
• Highly proactive and able to roll out new ideas and initiatives from time to time

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Supporting ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
• Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
