Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail oriented, critical thinker, problem solver and customer-centered
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Figma
• Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and development teams to create exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
