Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spoken and Written English.
  • Basic Internet/Computer Skills.
  • Education:+2 and above.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • A chat agent works with online customers to answer questions and provide real-time support for their concerns.
  • Your responsibilities include responding quickly through live chat and providing courteous and professional customer service.

Work Shifts

  • Evening: 3 pm to 11 pm, preferred Female. (Office vehicle drop facility, Free Lunch at office).
  • Night: 11 pm to 7 am, preferred Male with Bike (Pick Up facility Office Vehicle, Free Lunch at office).
