Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with online customers and give them product knowledge also guide them for the live demo.
- Convert fresh leads into prospect, convince them to sign up for product and help them with queries.
- Should be able to address multiple clients and work under pressure.
- Should be able to prepare customer profile and pass it to the Account Executives for demo and further consultation.
- Your responsibility is to provide customer support to the registered clients regarding issues.
- Record and report issues faced by the ongoing customers
- Should be polite and charming.
- Quickly responding to the clients and should be able to work under pressure.
