About the Role

As a Founder’s Associate, you will be the right hand to the leadership team, supporting execution of projects that fuel Codavatar’s growth and operational excellence. While Learning & Development remains a key focus, you will also engage in cross-functional initiatives involving operations, strategy, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Founder/CEO in planning, prioritizing, and executing high-impact business initiatives.
  • Track progress on company-wide goals and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs, training modules, and employee development plans.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Maintain training materials and track participation and completion.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for multiple projects.
  • Conduct research and compile insights to support decision-making.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founder’s office and different teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across global offices and remote teams.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives and special projects as assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Must be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to updates in technology.
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, Infinity board is preferred.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
