Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented QA Analyst to monitor and improve the quality of our Sales and Customer Support teams at KrispCall — a fast-growing cloud telephony SaaS platform used by businesses in 100+ countries.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and score sales calls, demos, support chats, and emails against quality standards.
- Deliver clear, constructive feedback and coaching to Sales and Support team members.
- Identify performance trends and share actionable insights with team leads.
- Maintain QA scorecards, audit logs, and weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate on calibration sessions and contribute to training materials.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in QA, Sales, or Customer Support (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong English communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call monitoring platforms.
- Objective, empathetic, and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts across global time zones.
