Job Summary

The Assistant HR Manager supports the HR department in managing day- to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support in handling employee queries and resolving issues.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs.
  • Monitor attendance and leave management systems.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure HR documents and records are updated and filed properly.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
