About the Role:

As Associate – BA, you will play a pivotal role in our product development and project management processes. You will be responsible for documenting business requirements, conducting research, and ensuring a clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role is perfect for someone who has a knack for detailed analysis and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation and research to gather and define business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and articulate technical and business needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
• Conduct data analysis and create detailed reports to support decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, documentation, and research.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Proficiency in Python/R or advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Python/R.
• Experience with project management software and methodologies.
• Strong documentation and research skills.
