About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst who can act as a bridge between product, engineering, and business teams. The role focuses on integrations, requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support ongoing product initiatives for KrispCall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Product team to support feature and integration initiatives.
• Identify potential integration platforms, tools, and partners aligned with the product road map.
• Facilitate and coordinate initial conversations with potential integration partners.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for integrations and product initiatives.
• Prepare clear requirement documents, workflows, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team to track development progress, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Support to plan internal announcements, launches, and go-to-market communication for new integrations and features.
• Support process improvement by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities across product and integration workflows.

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field. Candidates from other academic backgrounds with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year work experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to create structured, clear, and detailed documentation.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products, processes, and life cycle.

Data analysis skills are a plus, including experience with reports, dashboards, or structured datasets
