Job Requirements

• ● Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Data Analysis or a similar role
  ● Bachelor’s degree preferably in Data Science, Data Analysis or similar. Education background from other IT backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  ● Strong knowledge of Python or R.
  ● Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  ● Experience working with data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and visualization
  ● Strong analytical and problem–solving skills
  ● Ability to communicate insights clearly to non–technical stakeholders

  ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  ● Ability to work cross–functionally with different teams in a fast–paced environment

Job Responsibilities

•    Analyze data from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
  ● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring performance summaries
  ● Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable insights
  ● Clean, validate, and organize datasets to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
  ● Support leadership and business teams with ad hoc analysis and performance tracking
  ● Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and improve data
  visibility
  ● Monitor key business metrics and help teams interpret performance over time
  ● Assist in developing better reporting frameworks, definitions, and data processes
  ● Present findings in a clear, structured, and decision–friendly manner

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of SQL
  ● Experience with BI and dash boarding tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau,
  Metabase, or similar
  ● Familiarity with web or product analytics tools such as PostHog or Mixpanel
  ● Experience working in a SaaS, tech, or high–growth business environment
  ● Understanding of sales funnel, marketing performance, retention, and revenue metrics
