About the Role
As a Founder’s Associate, you will be the right hand to the leadership team, supporting execution of projects that fuel Codavatar’s growth and operational excellence. While Learning & Development remains a key focus, you will also engage in cross-functional initiatives involving operations, strategy, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Founder/CEO in planning, prioritizing, and executing high-impact business initiatives.
- Track progress on company-wide goals and ensure alignment across departments.
- Coordinate onboarding programs, training modules, and employee development plans.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Maintain training materials and track participation and completion.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for multiple projects.
- Conduct research and compile insights to support decision-making.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder’s office and different teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across global offices and remote teams.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives and special projects as assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Must be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to updates in technology.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs Suite.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, Infinity board is preferred.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
