Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organized and professional individual to manage front desk operations and handle basic documentation tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting administrative and documentation needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Handle data entry and maintain company records and files
- Prepare, scan, and organize documents as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other official documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation needs
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
