About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Handle inbound and outbound sales leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
  • Communicate professionally with global customers, demonstrating strong spoken and written English skills.
  •  Consistently follow up on new inquiries and existing prospects to maximize conversions.
  •  Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  •  Prepare and send professional emails, proposals, and quotations promptly.
  •  Maintain accurate client data, lead status, and communication logs in the CRM.
  •  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  •  Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  •  Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.
  •  Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones and rotational shifts.
