As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. You’ll be tasked with understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value and benefits of our products/services. With a keen understanding of sales techniques and strategies, you’ll actively prospect for leads, deliver compelling sales presentations, and negotiate terms to secure deals.

Your ability to maintain a strong pipeline, close sales, and exceed targets will be essential in achieving success in this role. Additionally, you’ll stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities. Collaboration with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and leveraging CRM software to track and manage sales activities will also be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a proven track record of success in sales. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a goal-oriented mindset and proficiency in CRM software, are essential for excelling in this position.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales or related field. 
  • Must have experience of 6 months or above in the related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills. 
  • Maintain a professional and positive tone. 
  • Should be flexible to work on any shifts. 
  • Collaborate and share knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Presentations/ Demo: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our products/services.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed, using CRM software.

Additional

  • Having Good command in Verbal and Spoken English is highly preferred.
