Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, gain end-to-end exposure, and make a tangible impact in the early stages of a fast-growing SaaS startup.

  What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content.
• Plan, write, and publish SEO-friendly content for blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Support the founders’ office with day-to-day operational activities, research, and project execution.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, followers, reach) and suggest creative improvements.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  What We’re Looking For

• ● Strong interest and curiosity in SEO and organic growth, with a desire to build a long-term career in the field.
  ● Basic understanding of how Google Search works, including factors that influence ranking, indexing, and visibility.
  ● Familiarity with fundamental SEO concepts: keywords, meta tags, internal linking, header structure, on-page optimization, and content alignment.
  ● Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, with interest in SaaS and AI-driven products and how SEO impacts SaaS growth.
  ● Good written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with a team.
  ● Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive mindset with problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.
  ● Comfortable working on-site in Kathmandu and collaborating closely with the marketing and SEO team.

  Preferred Skills

• ●Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  ●Exposure to SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, or
  Google Search Console.
  ●Prior experience in blogging, content writing, or handling small SEO tasks/projects

Role Responsibility

• ● Conduct keyword research focused on SaaS, user intent, and problem-driven topics.

  ● Assist with on-page SEO tasks including meta titles, descriptions, headers, schema, and
  content structuring.
  ● Support content publishing, planning, optimization, internal linking, and content updates.
  ● Perform competitor research and SERP landscape analysis.
  ● Learn and implement technical SEO basics: crawlability, indexing, URL hygiene.
  ● Assist with link-building efforts, outreach, and off-page SEO tasks.
  ● Work with the content/marketing team to build topical authority through content clusters.
  ● Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google
  Analytics, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
