Job Description

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for technology roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and technical requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in core tech hiring/recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT/technical job roles and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Prefered Skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends, employer branding, and HR best practices, and specially ATS.
  • Event coordination and organizational skills.
  • Interest or experience in content creation or internal communication is a plus.
