Job Description
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for technology roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and technical requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in core tech hiring/recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT/technical job roles and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Prefered Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends, employer branding, and HR best practices, and specially ATS.
- Event coordination and organizational skills.
- Interest or experience in content creation or internal communication is a plus.
