Position Overview
The IT Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that help learners and interns use software, IT systems, and digital tools confidently. The role includes assessing training needs, creating learning materials, and delivering engaging sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct instructor-led on software, IT systems, and digital tools.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and technical support to learners/Interns.
- Design and update training materials, lesson plans and presentations.
- Assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during sessions and ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align training with organizational goals.
- Recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data.
- Upon completion of the internship, the IT Trainer is responsible for preparing interns for any available tech positions within the company, ensuring they are capable and ready to fill the role.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Experience as an IT Trainer or Technical Instructor.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM/ERP systems, and operating systems.
- Ability to learn and teach new technologies quickly.
- Experience with LMS or e-learning tools is a plus.
